Reservations and Payments

The accommodation can be booked through our website, email, phone, or booking platforms. A deposit within 24 hours of 50% of the total amount is required to confirm the reservation. The remaining amount must be paid according to the instructions provided in the booking confirmation.

Check-in and Check-out

Check-in is available from 16:00 to 22:00, and check-out must be completed before 11:00 on the day of departure. For different arrival or departure times, please consult us in advance.

Number of Guests

The accommodation has a maximum number of guests. Only the persons registered in the reservation are allowed to stay. Can Elisa accommodations are adults-only. Pets are not allowed.

Liability

The accommodation has a business liability insurance policy for damage to third parties. However, guests are responsible for any damage they may cause to the property or furnishings. We recommend taking out travel or cancellation insurance for personal belongings and additional protection.

Other Provisions

Any complaints will be handled directly with the property. These conditions are governed by Spanish law and may be modified by the property if necessary.
